Return & Refund Policy

All of our products are made to order through a print-on-demand partner. Because of this, all sales are final — we do not offer returns or exchanges due to sizing issues, buyer's remorse, or other non-quality related reasons.

However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, we’re happy to make it right!

To request a replacement or refund:

  • Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Send an email to DrawingWithGerin@Gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue (e.g. damage, misprint, wrong item).

Once the issue is verified, we will send a free replacement or issue a refund — whichever you prefer.

Please note:

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for wrong sizes, so please refer to the size chart before ordering.

  • Since each item is custom made, we cannot resell returned items.
